At The Math Enthusiast, we value consistency and respect for both our students' and tutors' time. Because our tutors are often booked back-to-back due to high demand, last-minute cancellations create gaps in their schedules and make it difficult to accommodate other students.
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we ask families to review the following cancellation policy:
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be charged in full.
You may request a time change within 24 hours of your session, and we will do our best to accommodate it at no charge. However, if we are unable to offer an alternative time, we expect the student to attend the originally scheduled session.
All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be communicated directly with The Math Enthusiast, not the tutor. Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If a tutor is not the right fit, families may request a change at any time at no additional cost. We handle all tutor changes to make the process comfortable and seamless.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency situation, please contact us directly and we will review your case individually. Our goal is to be fair and understanding while maintaining consistency for our tutors and other students.
